Why we do it.

For people with disabilities and their families, we understand the challenges that arise when supporting someone in need. Our goal is to make Eneca feel like home: a safe, secure and nurturing place where everyone feels free to be themselves.

Unfortunately living with both mental and physical challenges on a daily basis is a normal way of life for many Australians.

Support isn’t always obvious, like our carers providing physical assistance to our clients. It goes much deeper than that. Support can also be intangible: listening intently, being present or even a reassuring hand on the shoulder.

Providing support isn’t easy, it involves many moving parts. We believe the best support is a product of ongoing training, collaboration, communication, and actively seeking feedback. The bottom line will always be results-driven. Measuring our results help drive the next wave of growth and motivate us to excel to the next level of support and care.
