All too often we forget that life is a gift, a gift to be enjoyed. This sentiment forms the foundation of our holistic approach to the NDIS. It’s the well-being of our clients, our carers and our support network that has the power to truly change lives.
Alarmingly, people with a disability are four times as likely to experience mental health issues compared to the average able bodied Australian. And unfortunately, 3 in 10 support workers exhibit unsafe work practices.
To address this, our carers undergo Australia’s most widely used behavioural screening, Care Advantage, before they start work with us. For Eneca to be the home we imagine, we have to make sure we have the right people.
